My Story
I have been working as a Customer Service Recovery Specialist in a variety of industries including Federal and State Governments, SME's and also within the Corporate sectors. I have an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management NSW, and I am a certified Fellow of the Customer Service Institute of Australia, and have been awarded an Australian Medal for Leadership.
