Hello I'm Jacqueline, a Customer Service Recovery Coach. 

 

My role is to assist organisations to evaluate their customer service processes and/or procedures. And yes, at times to rescue and revitalise your customer service team. There are many elements to good customer service teams. Here are some of the key components that I look at for:
